These terms apply when you instruct Immigration Help Services to act on your case. They sit alongside the case-specific engagement letter we send before any work starts.

Fees

Our fees are fixed and agreed in writing before any work begins. Home Office fees and the NHS surcharge are paid by you to the government separately.

What we do

We give you honest advice on eligibility, prepare the application, gather evidence and submit on your behalf, and handle correspondence with the Home Office until a decision is made.

What we don't guarantee

We never guarantee a Home Office decision. We do guarantee careful work and clear communication.
