If something hasn't gone the way it should, we want to know. We aim to resolve complaints quickly, openly and fairly.

How to complain

Email office@immigrationhelpservices.co.uk with the subject line "Complaint". Tell us what happened, what you'd like to happen now, and how best to reach you.

What happens next

We'll acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to give you a full response within 21 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can escalate to our regulator — see {{REGULATORY_DETAILS}}.
